Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your course, please allow 72 hours before your estimated start time. If you wish to reschedule at any time, please call us at (216) 820-0094, and we'll be happy to assist you. Please note that if you do cancel within 24 hours of your stated start time, then a $35 cancellation fee will be applied so as to limit the amount of 'ghost' participants.
